What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates and plans using benchmarking data
• develop value engineering and life-cycle costing options
• identify risks and maintain the Risk Register
• contribute cost insights to pre-contract meetings
• create cost-control reports
• attend client and design meetings
• develop project templates
• manage change-order and invoice logs
• conduct measurements and pricing research for appraisals and qualification reviews.
