Construction and Rehabilitation Superintendent

What you'll do

• Hire subcontractors and assign work
• prepare project cost estimates and manage budgets
• coordinate budgets and timelines with subcontractors
• purchase materials and equipment and coordinate deliveries
• maintain construction schedules and project tracking
• report project status to management
• adjust operations to meet deadlines
• oversee construction from permitting through completion
• coordinate permits and inspections
• implement OSHA requirements and safety guidelines
• resolve site problems.
