What you'll do

• Assist with daily engineering and facilities operations
• support mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life-safety, building automation, and utility systems
• help implement preventive maintenance
• review work orders and maintenance records
• coordinate inspections and compliance documentation
• supervise and schedule assigned staff
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• support renovation and construction projects
• assist with budgeting and capital planning
• respond to facility emergencies and after-hours issues as needed.
