What you'll do

• Welcome and interact with clients
• address client requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues and schedule changes
• assist with daily studio operations and cleanliness
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to milestones and prepare celebration boards.
