Painter is an onsite role in Alexandria, VA, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pay is $26 per hour. Goodwin Living’s mission is to support, honor, and uplift older adults and those who care for them. The Painter maintains and refreshes resident apartments and community spaces through painting, wall covering, drywall repairs, and related light maintenance, helping keep the community ready for residents.

What you'll do

• Paint resident apartments and common areas
• apply wall coverings
• restore vacated apartments
• perform drywall patching and sanding
• handle finish carpentry and assigned light maintenance
• request materials and report completed work orders
• maintain a clean, safe workspace and manage inventory.
