What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to nutritional standards
• assist with recipes and menus
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, classrooms, restrooms, and other center spaces
• follow USDA and applicable health regulations
• track inventory and place orders within budget
• maintain purchase documentation and reports
• account for food allergies and special needs
• remove trash and debris
• follow child abuse and neglect reporting procedures.
