Pharmacist. This is a full-time, onsite position in Rice Lake, WI, with a salary range of $61.00 - $87.50 per hour. Sanford Health is the largest rural health system in the United States. The purpose of this role is to review and dispense medications, provide drug information and counseling to patients and providers, and ensure the safe and effective use of medications.

What you'll do

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, ingredients, and suitability.
• Provide information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
• Dispense prescription and non-prescription medications.
• Respond to prescription issues and advise providers on medication selection, dosage, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and storage.
• Monitor patient health and progress in response to drug therapy.
• Learn and utilize new pharmacy technology.
• Provide oversight and clinical supervision for pharmacy staff.
• Perform various aspects of pharmaceutical care, including unit dose dispensing, IV admixtures, and compounding.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy

Experience

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. License in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy.
