This role exists to oversee the overall performance of the store, including operations, financial results, team leadership, and guest experience. The General Manager leads daily operations, ensures consistent execution of company standards, and fosters a positive, health-focused team culture.

What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and manage team members, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, product quality, and service execution.
• Actively support front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage financial performance, including sales, labor, and food cost control.
