What you'll do

• Identify and secure new membership accounts in an assigned territory
• conduct discovery conversations and recommend tailored solutions
• manage sales from prospecting through closing
• build relationships with executive leaders and board members
• partner with internal teams on onboarding
• maintain CRM pipeline activity, forecasts, and documentation
• provide guidance and feedback to junior sales or membership development staff
• stay current on industry trends and sales strategies.
