What you'll do

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
• lead process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups
• conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
• develop person-centered treatment plans
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers
• support patients’ understanding of diagnoses and recovery
• coordinate care with families and external providers
• complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
