What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware
• operate dishwashing machines and clean manually as needed
• store cleaned items
• clean kitchen surfaces and equipment
• organize supplies for culinary, banquet, and outlet teams
• deliver clean items to service areas
• handle trash, recycling, and food waste
• restock cleaning supplies
• report malfunctioning equipment
• follow safety and sanitation procedures.
