What you'll do

• Prepare job sites and surfaces
• scrape, sand, patch, caulk, and prime
• mix paint and materials
• paint interior and exterior surfaces
• apply stains, varnishes, and other finishes as needed
• keep sites clean and safe
• protect customer property
• follow safety precautions
• communicate with customers, team members, and supervisors
• assist with training or leading team members as responsibilities grow.
