What you'll do

• Lead the surveying team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Plan and oversee field and office operations, schedules, and budgets
• ensure survey data quality
• coordinate requirements and deliverables with project managers, engineers, and clients
• use GPS, total stations, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• prepare and review reports, maps, plats, and other documentation
• maintain regulatory compliance
• improve workflows
• and monitor industry tools and technologies.
