What you'll do

• Be available to staff while on call in person or by telephone
• ensure client care plans are executed
• arrange reassessment when client health status changes or after hospital discharge
• oversee clinical service programs
• follow up on patient complaints as needed
• develop and implement emergency preparedness plans
• support state surveys
• monitor multidisciplinary service coordination
• oversee policies, QAPI, and infection control programs
• maintain records
• and represent the organization at community functions as needed.
