This senior individual contributor role is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee master data across the company's HR ecosystem. This role exists to build the governance frameworks and quality controls necessary to ensure trustworthy people data. The specialist works across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to hold partners accountable for data quality, ensuring that all employee information is clean, compliant, and audit-ready.

What you'll do

• Own the HR master data governance framework and policies.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
• Define data ownership and stewardship models.
• Establish data quality KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead proactive data validation and remediation.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Document business rules and standard operating procedures.
