What you'll do

• Create and issue accurate purchase orders within two business days
• attach relevant information to opportunities and purchase orders
• validate order accuracy with Sales and Inside Sales in ConnectWise
• coordinate internal procurement with IT and Facilities
• resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable
• respond to vendor and employee inquiries within one business day
• manage department email, RMA processing, and purchasing requests
• provide backup support.
