The Director sets and implements policies and procedures that guide cafeteria management, food preparation, budgeting, purchasing, staff development, and safety practices to ensure patients receive optimal nutritional support.

What you'll do

• Manage departmental budget.
• Perform and document purchasing, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain sanitation and food handling techniques.
• Determine portion sizes.
• Ensure adequate staffing.
• Coordinate production for patient meals and cafeteria line.
• Develop cafeteria menus.
