What you'll do

• Greet customers in the service drive
• record vehicle mileage and assist with documenting vehicle condition. Introduce customers to Service Advisors and support a smooth handoff. Bring completed vehicles around for pickup, answer incoming service calls, send customer updates on behalf of Service Advisors, assist with daily customer communication, and help maintain an organized service drive.
