What you'll do

• Complete routine maintenance tasks, service requests, unit turnovers, and preventive maintenance in units and common areas
• diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
• maintain property logs and work orders
• keep the work area and shop clean and stocked
• track inventory
• identify and report safety hazards
• follow operational and safety procedures
• attend required in-house training
• share on-call responsibility.
