Right at Home’s In-Home Care & Assistance team provides care intended to help people remain comfortable in their homes. The CNA assists clients with activities of daily living and patient-specific care taught by Right at Home staff. The work supports clients’ personal care, comfort, mobility, and daily routines in their homes.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, meal and snack preparation, errands or medical appointments, and light housekeeping
• provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, bed-bound patient care, and incontinence care
• use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts when needed.
