What you'll do

• Advise institutional investor clients on alternative asset transactions
• handle confidentiality, subscription, and transfer agreements and KYC/AML processes
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• coordinate with corporate, tax, and regulatory attorneys
• manage recurring matters, deadlines, and workstreams
• and improve templates and workflows.
