What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, guest requests, portion guidelines, temperature specifications, and timing standards
• maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station
• manage multiple tickets
• collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams
• follow cooking techniques and food-safety procedures
• maintain plate-presentation standards
• assist with prep, stock rotation, and storage
• and complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
