What you'll do

• Manage a team of 8–12 full-time and part-time staff
• oversee donor acquisition, retention, and average-gift goals
• develop strategic plans for assigned constituencies
• canvass independently and/or with staff an average of four days per week
• train, coach, motivate, and evaluate staff
• identify and develop leaders
• create fundraiser schedules and turf plans
• oversee daily logistics, field and donor information, payroll, and campaign tools
• manage onboarding and occasionally interview and offer candidates.
