Senior Group Leader

What you'll do

• Assist with daily health and wellness checks and enforce current safety protocols
• coordinate assigned youth programs and cooperative learning activities
• plan and lead activities
• supervise members and equipment
• set up and clean up program materials
• work in the food service area as needed
• perform facility cleaning or manual labor as needed
• respond to behavioral issues
• maintain attendance records and program documents
• build relationships with members, families, and staff
• orient new members
• provide customer service to parents and staff
• serve as lead Core Program staff when the Site Supervisor or Branch Manager is absent.
