The primary purpose of this role is to identify and assess the nutritional needs of assigned patients and residents, initiate effective interventions to maintain or improve their nutritional status, and enhance their overall quality of life. The dietitian will collaborate with the healthcare team to provide expert guidance, follow established standards of practice, and contribute to continuous quality improvement programs.
