What you'll do

• Manage a personal injury caseload
• review liability, damages, medical treatment, coverage, and case strategy
• communicate with clients
• negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
• prepare cases for litigation when needed
• coordinate with paralegals, case managers, and leadership
• work to maximize case value while providing client service.
