• Own the job seeker profile and application flow, including funnel KPIs and product details
• align employer product, matching, trust and safety, engineering, mobile, messaging, legal, and compliance partners
• improve profile completeness and accuracy
• reduce application friction and improve conversion
• partner on application quality and delivery to employer systems
• analyze metrics and experiments
• conduct job seeker research.
