What you'll do

• Assist the Site Supervisor with daily custodial operations
• organize assignments and delegate work
• participate in team meetings and check-ins
• monitor breaks and time-clock use
• inspect completed work
• train and support employees
• communicate with HR, clients, management, and team members
• use Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
• clean offices, restrooms, and warehouse areas
• sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, sanitize, empty trash, and assist with compactor duties
• operate forklifts, floor scrubbers, and tuggers
• assist with weekly freezer de-icing and reporting
• follow OSHA, SDS, and company safety procedures.
