Quality Control Manager — Federal Security Services

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan
• establish inspection methods, schedules, reporting, and corrective-action controls
• inspect security posts, personnel, records, equipment, and facilities
• verify staffing and credentials
• assess compliance with post orders and security procedures
• track deficiencies and trends
• conduct root-cause analysis
• assign and verify corrective actions
• maintain quality databases and dashboards
• prepare reports
• coordinate with program leadership, subcontractors, and government quality-assurance personnel
• support audits and inspections.
