The attorney advises asset managers and financial institutions on registered funds and business development companies, including formation, structuring, and ongoing operations. The role also supports regulatory, compliance, distribution, public reporting, and capital markets matters for a range of investment products.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on formation, structuring, and operation of registered investment funds and business development companies
• work with mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, interval and tender offer funds, REITs, and alternative or hybrid structures
• assist with regulatory, compliance, and distribution matters
• support public company reporting and capital markets matters
• collaborate on complex fund structures and regulatory issues.
