What you'll do

• Develop event concepts and visual presentations
• create custom station and buffet concepts
• select rentals, furniture, tabletop, and decor
• coordinate floral direction
• source specialty rentals
• ensure designs fit budgets and operational capabilities
• create production plans and coordinate vendors, staffing, timelines, and logistics
• coordinate inventory pulls, packing, loading, installation, and returns
• lead or support onsite installations and direct event staff.
