Travel Nursing (Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse)

The Travel Nursing (Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse) role is onsite in Grants, NM, for a 13-week renewable assignment with 12-hour shifts. The nurse provides and coordinates resident care, administers medications and treatments within the applicable scope of practice, documents care, and communicates changes to the care team. The role also supports staff on shift and contributes to clinical quality, resident and family satisfaction, and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care when required
• administer medications and treatments according to facility policy and applicable scope of practice
• receive and carry out physician orders as permitted
• document observations and interventions
• coordinate communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians
• manage nursing personnel on shift
• assess staff performance and conduct shift meetings.
