What you'll do

• Perform patient registration, check-in and check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification
• coordinate front desk workflow and resolve access or service issues
• collaborate with Patient Access leadership on process improvements and standardized procedures
• train and mentor front desk staff
• connect patients and families with services and payment options
• monitor patient flow, including walk-ins, late arrivals, no-shows, and new patients.
