What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• provide medication reminders
• document client condition and notify a supervisor of concerns
• maintain a safe home environment and offer companionship.
