What you'll do

• Lead and develop the nursing department, including hiring, scheduling, and retention
• oversee regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and corrective-action follow-through
• lead quality measures and the QAPI program, including monthly self-reporting
• oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and resident outcomes
• partner with the Administrator on admissions, census, and interdisciplinary decisions.
