What you'll do

• Provide friendly customer service and coach team members
• educate retail staff about products and promotions
• oversee shift operations as Person in Charge when needed
• perform POS transactions and vendor check-in
• follow cash-control, safety, and security procedures
• train and coach team members
• oversee food and beverage programs, ordering, and product handling
• maintain food quality, cleanliness, and store appearance
• report maintenance issues
• supervise store employees when a senior leader is absent.
