Regional Human Resources Manager

The Regional Human Resources Manager is an onsite role in Chicago, IL, with a stated annual base salary range of $120,000–$140,000 plus equity. 8Fleet builds operational infrastructure for autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets. The role supports frontline operations and People strategy across locations by helping leaders plan workforces, coach managers, address employee relations, and maintain consistent policies and systems. It also uses workforce metrics and process improvements to support the company’s expansion into new markets.

What you'll do

• Partner with site managers and regional leaders on workforce planning, driver retention, and performance
• promote consistent People practices across sites
• support scheduling, attendance, and performance matters
• support new-market launches
• monitor and report people metrics
• handle first-line employee relations and related documentation
• support compliance with wage-and-hour and labor requirements
• collaborate with People Operations on onboarding, HRIS workflows, leave, and payroll alignment.
