Event Producer

What you'll do

• Develop relationships and pursue sales opportunities for the catering division
• write and follow through on event proposals
• plan and conduct tastings
• create pre-event communications
• perform sales in Event Group and Workplace Solutions branches
• support daily sales office initiatives and full-service catering events
• source venues
• manage CRM, inquiries, contracts, menus, RFPs, floor plans, event timelines, site visits, and client notes
• participate in menu meetings, promotional and networking opportunities, training, and goal setting
• work toward annual sales goals.
