What you'll do

• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory
• pick, pull, and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery
• safely load and unload materials
• maintain accurate inventory and organized warehouse materials
• operate a forklift as needed
• keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe
• provide sales-counter backup during busy periods or when coverage is needed
• learn to assist customers with basic product inquiries, order processing, and material requests
• use basic computer programs for product lookup and inventory or order tracking
• work with warehouse and sales team members and follow safety and customer-service procedures.
