• Support local and cloud infrastructure
• monitor systems and respond to outages
• oversee data center, physical and virtual server, cloud, and storage environments
• coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• support infrastructure capacity and performance management
• maintain data integrity and recovery architecture
• manage licensing and third-party contracts
• help establish technical priorities, standards, and procedures
• maintain patient and employee confidentiality.
