Area General Manager, MedSpas

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 5–10 direct reports managing 50+ employees across 5+ locations
• train, coach, and develop team members and General Managers
• partner with human resources on accountability
• recruit and retain a high-performing team
• achieve sales goals and identify tactics for KPI targets
• manage budgets, expenses, and regional P&L
• conduct financial reviews and improve profitability
• oversee daily operations and implement policies
• visit locations regularly
• analyze sales data and market trends
• ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma, 4+ years of relevant experience, 2+ years managing high-performing teams, and demonstrated P&L and sales/KPI results. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Travel to area spa locations is required at least three days a week; national travel is less than 10% of the year.
