Experienced Automotive Service Technician

The Experienced Automotive Service Technician role is onsite in Seguin, TX, with pay of $22–$55 per hour depending on experience. The technician joins Griffith Ford Seguin’s service team, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing vehicles. The role diagnoses vehicle concerns, completes repairs to dealership and manufacturer standards, and communicates findings and additional service needs to service advisors. This work supports accurate repair service and customer updates.

What you'll do

• Perform repair-order work efficiently and according to dealership procedures
• test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and service equipment
• diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• communicate additional service needs to service advisors
• estimate time for additional repairs
• complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
