What you'll do

• Interact professionally with residents, prospective residents, and internal team members
• manage leasing, marketing, applications, showings, move-ins and move-outs, lease enforcement, and inspections
• report property status weekly
• answer phones and perform administrative and light maintenance tasks
• walk the property
• respond to emergencies
• ensure one team member lives onsite.
