What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases through all litigation stages
• develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure
• research law and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents
• handle discovery and prepare for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial
• negotiate settlements
• serve as trial counsel through verdict
• counsel clients
• collaborate with the litigation team.
