What you'll do

• Manage daily team operations, workflow, staffing schedules, and performance
• hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees
• monitor key performance indicators and contractual requirements
• address employee issues and customer escalations
• interface with clients about operational performance
• identify and implement improvements to team efficiency, productivity, and accuracy
• work Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM CST.

Why this role
