What you'll do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility
• obtain and document vital signs and report changes
• perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection within training and procedures
• complete observation checks and support one-to-one monitoring
• participate in bedside shift reports
• engage patients in therapeutic activities
• use approved de-escalation techniques
• assist licensed nursing staff with wound care support and minor procedures as directed
• maintain documentation and follow infection prevention, privacy, and safety procedures.
