The Property Manager role is onsite in Sacramento, CA, with compensation of $25.74–$27.80 per hour, depending on experience. A three-bedroom onsite housing unit is included in the compensation package and requires residency in the community. Mutual Housing Management’s mission is to develop and manage sustainable affordable housing that strengthens neighborhood assets and empowers resident leaders. The manager oversees daily operations at an assigned affordable multifamily community, supporting regulatory compliance, resident relations, fiscal oversight, occupancy, and property upkeep. The role leads onsite staff and coordinates vendors to maintain effective community operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee property operations, staff, vendors, and resident relations
• ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations including HUD, LIHTC, and TCAC
• maintain fiscal oversight, occupancy, and property upkeep
• train and guide onsite staff
• prepare property budgets and manage day-to-day operations.
