Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. The Dishwasher role is onsite in South Gate, CA; The position supports TGI Fridays’ guest and team-member service by keeping utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment clean and sanitized. The role exists to maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-supplied kitchen operation. It ensures dishes and cookware are ready for use, maintains the dish machine and service area, and completes assigned preparation and cleaning tasks during the shift.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment
• ensure dishes and cookware are available
• maintain the dish machine
• clean and sanitize the service area and kitchen
• complete assigned prep and beautification duties
• troubleshoot dish-machine malfunctions
• communicate significant problems to a supervisor
• follow handling and sanitation procedures.
