What you'll do

• Follow therapeutic diet cards as ordered by physicians
• ensure food and beverages are served at proper temperatures
• deliver meals on time
• maintain food presentation
• follow nourishment lists and stock nourishment stations
• assist the cook with meal service timing
• follow sanitation and storage procedures
• inspect dietary service areas for sanitation, order, and safety.
