Food Service Worker

Job overview

The Food Service Worker role is onsite in Newberry, SC, with compensation of $12–$15 per hour. Canteen provides food, service, and workplace experience solutions for companies. The position prepares, presents, and serves food at the Samsung location, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

What you'll do

• Prepare fruits and vegetables and measure ingredients
• carry food and supplies safely
• store food according to food safety and rotation procedures
• clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
• distribute supplies and equipment
• follow recipes and production standards
• serve customers
• address customer concerns and relay information to supervisors
• follow service, inventory, cash control, sanitation, and safety standards.
